RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

ALL returns are refunded back as store credit.

FREE RETURNS for U.S. shoppers. Unfortunately, as a small business, all other shoppers outside the continental U.S. will have to pay for shipping the return. International rates and fees may apply.

We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in the post. For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered post.

For U.S. Customers:

  • Return within 30 days of purchase. Anything later than 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Items have to be new with no visible wear. Kept in original packaging and with original tags.
  • Contact info@eyesopenproject.com prior to your return. We will authorize your return and provide you with postage that will need to be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package. No return will be accepted without the correct postage. Proof of purchase must also be included with the return.
  • Contact info@eyesopenproject.com with any questions or concerns regarding you return.

For International Customers:

  • Return within 30 days of purchase. Anything later than 30 days will not be accepted.

  • Contact info@eyesopenproject.com prior to your return. We will authorize your return and provide you with RA# that will need to be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package. No return will be accepted without the correct RA#. Proof of purchase must also be included with the return.

**GOODS THAT CANNOT BE REFUNDED

  • Sale or Specially Priced Items 
  • Jewelry 
  • Worn or Used Items 
  • Shipping Charges

Note that your refund could take up to 30 days. This includes the time it takes to mail it back and for us to conduct our quality checks. Once it has been looked over by Eyes Open Project, you will receive store credit for the amount returned. Should your refund take longer than projected, feel free to contact us at info@eyesopenproject.com.

CANCEL ORDER / ITEMS

Acknowledgement of your order does not mean that we have accepted it. We can only confirm the availability of your items once your order is shipped. If an item is unavailable, we will cancel it and refund the amount to the original payment method.
Eyes Open Project reserves the right to refuse an order that it deems fraudulent or abusive.

LOST / STOLEN / DAMAGED PACKAGES

Eyes Open Project is not liable for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. Courier company holds full responsibility upon departure from Eyes Open Project.
Customers are advised to file a loss/damage claim directly through the courier. Eyes Open Project will provide all necessary information needed to facilitate claim, but will only initiate filing claim if deemed a human clerical error on behalf of the retailer. Due to liability of courier, no refund or exchange will be given until the investigation is complete and the claim has been issued and reimbursed.
Please note that while lost orders are one of our top priorities, package claims are a long and very extensive process and often take several weeks or more to complete.

PROMOTION / DISCOUNT CODES

Please note that our promotion codes do not apply to specially priced or sale items. Eyes Open Project reserves the right to disable a discount code at any time.
